Today in NYC, it is 29F/-2C. But last weekend, the temperatures topped out at 50F/10C, and after suffering from weeks of bitter cold, that felt like a heat wave.
So we took that opportunity to go outside and enjoy our neighborhood.
Other New Yorkers did as well.

After an afternoon of enjoying the outdoors, we treated ourselves to some gelato.
