When you live in a city like Prague as a foreigner it is kind of a a challenge - because sometimes you get tired of the local food, and are having a taste for something different. Therefore me and a buddy use to go to TGI Fridays in Andel, not for the food since American food is far from being my favourite, and in this restaurant it taste like crap anyway - but for a different beer.
We have been using it as a second choice for some time, and of course since we are foreigners we are a waiters dream since we always leaves tip. Since I know how the Czech people are (tight ass bastards) - we are somehow their favourites. As I told you before, me and my son have been on a mission the last week to find him a part time job while he is studying to become a Captain - and when we went there they seemed to be positive
However, the Czech people are as I told you very slow people and they obviously lack respect for other peoples time and money, and TGI Fridays in Andel is not any different. After wasting me and his time for a couple of days the manager were supposed to call back -something she didnt. So, I had to start calling her to find out what was going on - and after a whole day waiting for her to do that, I went there myself - and guess what, she came up with a stupid explanation that they were full but he could work in a kitchen somewhere else.
I do not know if it is only her, but I am starting to look at the Czech people as thick retards - but if you saw her you would probably understand me, guess it is a long time since she had a man.
Conclusion:
TGI Fridays in Andel is an American concept - and if you are a healthy person who have taste for good food, do not go there. The food is overpriced crap, service is somehow ok - and I only go there now and then to get a different beer. From now on I will drop that as well since I have stopped drinking, and they have no respect for other peoples time - and so should you!
