Yeah, I wouldn't recommend that line of work for anyone who enjoys work environments with less rules, more autonomy, & constant connectivity. I did notice more of the Millennials working in the SCIF had a harder time adjusting to that last part than others. Some of them were regular as clockwork, leaving the SCIF every hour (or more) just so they could check their phones!
