Once I heard that the boxy angles were largely due to a trade-off on having the extra tough body panels (that can't be easily/cheaply shaped in manufacturing), I was a little more forgiving on the design. Still remains to be seen if Tesla can overcome its other problems as well as fulfill its promises on the functional capabilities of the truck, but if it manages to do both I think it might be a winner in the long run.

Still wish they picked a different name though... it's bad enough it LOOKS like a vehicle from a 90's cyberpunk/sci-fi movie, but actually calling it the 'Cybertruck' just adds to the silliness factor. 🙄
