While it can be argued that Pete used 'minimal force', his actions are almost the exact opposite from 'not attracting attention'. What can I say?... with great power comes great temptation to make your opponents look ridiculous. 😏
I grappled for a bit on whether to do the lettering on the giant-sized donut in the last panel in English or Ukrainian, but ultimately I chose English. While some might think that doesn't make sense, I'll just say this: in my time spent overseas in Mongolia and elsewhere in Asia, one might find it rather surprising how many restaurant and store signs are in English. So while I haven't been to Ukraine itself yet, I'm guessing it wouldn't be unheard of for a Ukrainian donut shop to have its store sign labelled in English. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it! 😁
