the situation has become over-complicated and loaded with BS because everyone is vying for the real prize... money. If they all told the truth we would have all the information and there would be no more need for daily updates on tiktok and youtube and therefore, no monetization. I think fitness is actually a lot more simple than these people make it out to be and all of them are lying about not using PED's too.

Changing habits is key. This is why I always advocate against crash diets that are simply unreasonably restrictive. You are NOT going to stick with that long term. Instead, find whole foods that your genuinely enjoy and spice them up by exploring with various herbs and things like that that don't come in a Heinz container. Once you start to enjoy the things you cook that have some level of health benefit to them, then you no longer need gimmicks.
