you and I are the same. I like to have tunes when I run but even carrying the phone in my hand seems like it is getting in the way. I need to get one of those arm strap things.

Just like you I always have a bag of gear with me in the gym including at least 1.5 liters of water. Lately, I have been bringing a book with me to read a page or two between sets instead of staring at garbage social media between sets. Since it takes me about 1 minute to read a page, this is actually the perfect amount of time!
