Good morning community, today I come to talk about coffee, one of the most exquisite beverages that could have been invented, it is one of my favorites, its aroma and flavor are indisputable.
When I get up the first thing I do after my personal hygiene is to drink a cup of black coffee to activate me in my daily activities.

The plant is harvested, then it is removed from its shell and put in the sun to dry, then it goes through a process called roasting, after the grains take a dark tone that could be called burnt, it goes to the milling process, which is the one that will grind it and give the final result of the powder
Se des cosecha la planta luego se precede a sacarlo de su cascara y se pone al sol a secar, luego se pasa por un proceso que se llama tostado luego que los granos toman un tono oscuro que se le pudiese llamar quemado, se pasa al proceso del molino el cual es el que lo triturara y le dará el resultado final que el del polvo.

After this process, the next step is the preparation of this liquid, so divine for me. It all depends on the way of preparation of each person, or of each culture.
Luego de ese proceso se pasa a la preparación de ese liquido tan divino para mi. todo es depende de la manera de preparación de cada persona, o de cada cultura.
My process is as follows. I put on the stove a pot with boiling water, in a strainer bag I put some spoonfuls of that dark brown powder, after boiling the water I lower the fire and pour it in that bag and little by little the liquid comes out, from there I put some spoonfuls of sugar and that's it.
Mi proceso es el siguiente. Coloco a la cocina ( Estufa ) una olla con agua a hervir en una manga coladora coloco unas cucharadas de ese polvito color marrón oscuro, luego de hervir el agua la bajo de fuego y la vierto en esa manga y poco a poco va saliendo ese liquido, de allí le coloco unas cucharadas de azúcar y listo.
In some cases coffee is taken with milk and some snacks. I accompany it with bread, which is one of my favorite combinations.
En algunos casos el café se toma acompañado con leche y algunos aperitivos. Lo cual yo lo acompaño con pan es una de mis combinaciones favoritas.
