Toda la Banda seguía reunida y nadie comentaba nada sobre lo que estaban viendo, además lo único que se escuchaba era el ruido del ventilador y luego de unos segundos Michelle pregunto —¿Qué acaba de pasar?— nadie sabía y el productor tampoco tenía el control del sistema, Lucas miró hacia la puerta y dijo —¿Y si esa persona todavía está aquí?— con esa pregunta todos se asustaron, así que poco a poco fueron saliendo y el pasillo estaba vacío. De allí todos se movieron para hablar con seguridad, ya que seguramente esa persona de la grabación estuvo aquí primero y salió con un dispositivo.
Lucas miró nuevamente la fotografía —Entonces tenemos quince personas con acceso técnico a esa zona, pero solo cinco podían acceder al sistema— En ese momento el encargado del sistema apareció nuevamente desde la sala y comentó —Encontré algo muy valioso— la Banda regresó y se dieron cuenta de que en uno de los monitores había aparecido una lista de accesos y allí aparecía el código utilizado, la cual era TÉCNICO 04 — ACCESO REMOTO y debajo aparecía una hora 02:17:43, todos quedaron sin palabras y el productor señalo —Entonces esa persona no entró solamente a preparar algo, activó algo— sin embargo, ninguno sabía que era, segundos después apareció otra información y resulta que el dispositivo siguió conectado durante horas.
The whole team remained gathered together; no one said a word about what they had just seen—the only sound was the whir of the cooling fan. After a few moments, Michelle asked, "What just happened?" No one knew, and the producer didn't have control of the system either. Lucas glanced toward the door and said, "What if that person is still here?" That question spooked everyone, so they slowly made their way out, only to find the hallway empty. From there, they moved to speak with security, reasoning that the person from the recording must have been there earlier and left with a device.
Lucas looked at the photograph again. "So, we have fifteen people with technical access to that area, but only five could actually access the system." Just then, the system administrator reappeared from the room and remarked, "I found something very important." The team returned and saw that an access log had appeared on one of the monitors, displaying the code used: TECHNICIAN 04 — REMOTE ACCESS, along with a timestamp of 02:17:43. Everyone was left speechless, and the producer noted, "So that person didn't just go in to set something up—they activated something." However, no one knew what it was; seconds later, more information appeared, revealing that the device had remained connected for hours.
Seguían revisando y el productor volvió a comentar —La conexión volvió a activarse hace menos de un minuto— todos se miraron, ya que eso era imposible y en ese momento el teléfono de Michelle volvió a sonar, donde era un número desconocido, Michelle contestó, pero solo duró unos y le enviaron una fotografía, que era la Banda caminando hacia el escenario unas horas antes del concierto, y lo más extraño es que la fotografía había sido tomada desde un lugar elevado, donde nadie podía estar y en ese mismo mensaje tenía una frase que decía EL PRÓXIMO PROYECTO YA COMENZÓ
Esa noche toda la banda se reunió nuevamente en el hotel y el productor comentó —Tenemos un problema— toda la banda se quedó mirando y es que resulta que la próxima semana tenemos que presentar el concepto de nuestro próximo proyecto. Lucas se quedó paralizado, Michelle no sabía que decir, mientras el productor siguió hablando —Una compañía quiere que empecemos a trabajar en un nuevo proyecto audiovisual. Todavía no hay título definitivo, pero quieren que sea algo diferente a lo que hemos hecho anteriormente, donde podría ser un proyecto musical, un documental sobre la trayectoria de la Banda o una producción completamente nueva que combinaría música, tecnología y una historia de misterio— todos quedaron sorprendidos, ya que esas ideas eran algo distintas a las que la Banda ha trabajado.
Entonces su teléfono vibró, todos lo observaron y llegó otro mensaje —NO TIENEN QUE ELEGIR seguido de AMBAS COSAS FORMAN PARTE DEL MISMO PROYECTO— Lucas levantó lentamente la cabeza y por primera vez ninguno de ellos pensó que estaban investigando a alguien, comenzaron a sospechar que alguien los había elegido a ellos.
As they continued checking, the producer remarked, "The connection came back online less than a minute ago." Everyone exchanged glances, as this seemed impossible; just then, Michelle’s phone rang—an unknown number. She answered, but the call lasted only a moment before she received a photo showing the band walking toward the stage hours before the concert. Strangest of all, the photo had been taken from an elevated vantage point where no one should have been, and the accompanying message read: THE NEXT PROJECT HAS ALREADY BEGUN.
That night, the band gathered at the hotel again, and the producer announced, "We have a problem." The band members stared at him; it turned out they had to present the concept for their next project the following week. Lucas froze, and Michelle was at a loss for words as the producer continued: "A company wants us to start working on a new audiovisual project. There’s no definitive title yet, but they want something different from what we’ve done before—it could be a musical project, a documentary about the band's journey, or a completely new production combining music, technology, and a mystery story." Everyone was stunned, as these ideas differed significantly from the band's usual work.
Then, a phone vibrated; everyone looked at it as another message arrived: YOU DON'T HAVE TO CHOOSE, followed by BOTH THINGS ARE PART OF THE SAME PROJECT. Lucas slowly raised his head; for the first time, none of them thought they were the ones investigating someone—instead, they began to suspect that someone had chosen them.
