Do you like Japanese noodles?
Japanese noodles or ramen in Japanese is a famous dish found all over Japan, but I'd like to recommend one ramen shop which I think is different from other restaurants.
Menbakaichidai or Fire Ramen Restaurant is located in Kyoto, Japan. This restaurant is quite small, so you have to stand in line. The staff will call your number and invite you inside. There are menus in many languages -English, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, provided for foreingers.

The ingredients in fire ramen are green onions, soup, and noodles, and it comes with a side dish that you choose - sliced pork or boiled egg. The menu has 3 sets, as in the picture below.
They will give some warnings when the show is going on.
- Don't take photos while the staff is putting fire on the bowl.
- Please don’t stand on your seat.
- Don't touch the side of the bowl becuase it's dirty.
- Please wear your apron until finished with your meal.
It's time for the show. I was very excited and the other guests were also. You can see in my video that why I felt like that.

In my opinion the taste is not that special, pretty normal really. But if you want the experience please try it.
