I explored a dark tomb, pushing carts and shattering walls to clear a path. After defeating two aggressive snakes and collecting hidden loot, including a predator bow and a strong shield, an ancient tablet was finally uncovered. The journey ended with a quiet exit into the cool night air.
I unlocked the path forward and pushed a heavy cart out of the way to clear a passage into the tomb. Deep inside the passage, I found a heavy blade inside a large wooden box. It was not the exact path I had hoped to find, so I turned back toward the main gate.
The barrier still blocked my way, leaving me to search the surrounding room for another option. After smashing a few large clay pots, I spotted a small opening in the wall.
I squeezed through the tight space and entered a hidden chamber filled with ancient loot, extra crystals, and what looked like an ancient tablet.
A closer look revealed that the tablet was not the primary one I needed for my search, so I was forced to look around a bit more. I noticed a cracked section along the a wall that looked weak enough to shatter, opened up a brand-new corridor. It felt reassuring to finally gain real progress and sense some positive momentum.
As I moved deeper into the new space and shattered more decorative pots, a large snake suddenly lunged out from the dark. Fortunately, I was already swinging my lit torch around to clear the area, and the flames killed the serpent instantly.
That snake had been guarding a large chest containing a powerful predator bow. With the threat gone, I claimed the bow and prepared to continue my search.
I was getting much closer to the true ancient tablet, but another dangerous cobra ambushed me out of nowhere. I reacted quickly, using my torch to set the cobra on fire until it burned away completely.
Before approaching the main objective, I decided to sweep the rest of the chamber to ensure no valuable items were left behind. I noticed another movable structure nearby, but something jammed the tracks, preventing it from sliding.
Since I needed to study the tablet for answers anyway, I moved toward the main wall first. I shattered another cracked wall section, which opened directly into the true chamber of the tablet. I stepped up to the ancient writing left behind by the old kingdom and read the carved symbols.
After finishing with the tablet, I returned to the jammed cart. I drew a fire arrow, aimed carefully, and shot the obstacle that was blocking the track from a gate hole.
Behind the cart sat a hidden loot chest containing a sturdy shield that I almost missed entirely. With every objective completed and all the valuable loot secured, I turned back toward the exit.
I retraced my steps through the narrow corridors and finally climbed out of the dark tomb. The sun had set while I was underground, leaving me under a clear, quiet night sky.
I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.
The screenshots are taken by me personally from my gameplay and I borrowed the game's logo from DevianArt.
