I'm not sure about this #newsteem. I randomly received a downvote on my last post - https://steempeak.com/online-business/@noloafing/taking-a-break-and-finally-finished-on-site-getting-out-of-the-gig-economy-week-5

The slight irony was about me working to get out of the gig economy. The entire project #noloafingmoney is outlining how I'm going to do it, how I did it and how it turns out.

If you look at @mmmmkkkk311's profile they mention that "vote buying is wrong" and then lists a few accounts that they are downvoting.

If you look at that post, as far as I can see they are all real people on the STEEM blockchain, and I didn't pay anyone to upvote it.

Bully

I've dealt with bullies growing up, and this account is a bully. I'm not on Steem to make money, but I do think that its a great place to build influence. However, if accounts like this insist to downvote without discretion to the point that my articles aren't seen, well I will have to take my ball and go home, where home is a traditional platform (Medium, LInkedin, etc) or a self-hosted blog.

What are your thoughts on newsteem and accounts like this one. Random accounts that go out to downvote (with really STU's) to punish accounts. Not for spam, or low quality content, but because they like to be a bully.
