Hello Metal Heads!
As you might have guessed, I have an infatuation with the Silver Shield designs and the messages they try to convey. Recently, I've poked around the interwebs to try to understand their designer's views a bit more. So far, we probably don't agree on everything, but we're darn close. I found out this madman is cranking out new designs just about every week! In my research I discovered this 2017 round with a limited mintage of only 530! I got lucky with #222, and I'm thrilled with it! While many of the designs I'm attracted to send a warning or a caution or a cynical message, this one stood out because it's focus was something different that we can all use: ABUNDANCE
This little girl with the fruit basket really is a picture of bounty and peace. How could I resist her call to adopt her? So I did! She's home with me now and has joined her family.
