Our red nose pit bull got pregnant by a local dog that runs free out here in the country and recently gave birth to 8 puppies, 7 females and 1 male. We did not want them, but unfortunately, we now have them. They are now a month old, and we just started them on puppy chow wet down so they can chew. Now we have to start finding homes for them.
Pretty Angry About It...
After the stray got our older dog, we caught him getting with our younger female. I won't lie, I took a few shots at him with the .22 that day, and hopefully, he gets the point. We know where he lives, and he's a good-looking chocolate lab, but that's not the point. We didn't want puppies, and for those wanting to say it, we were not getting them fixed. People need to learn how to contain their animals. We do. Now we get to find homes for them...
