Today my city Maracaibo dresses up as we are celebrating the Feria de la Chinita and with it officially is the arrival of Christmas, on the other hand I want to share with you that we have completed the Christmas decoration inside the house after painting the walls that need it so much.
Christmas is the most awaited time of the year and in my house it is a tradition to decorate everything from the Christmas tree, the door frames to the furniture, I always wonder where so many ornaments came from but then I remember that my mom has been gathering ornaments for more than 20 years, every Christmas she buys a few elements like ribbons, spikes, bambalinas, stars, santas, flowers, reindeer or lights to add them to the decorations and that is how they abound all over the house.
My mom has transmitted to all of us at home the magic of Christmas, because we also love to have the house so nice and full of beautiful Christmas lights especially the girls, but what I like most is to see her decorating while listening to the bagpipes and carols because the joy in her face is eminent and enjoy those moments with her is priceless, this year I helped my mom to assemble the Christmas tree it took us about 3 hours and then decorate it completely.
Although I know that this season is more than decorations, we are told that it is a time of spiritual preparation and of our heart for the arrival of the baby Jesus because at the end of the day that means the same, for me particularly it is a time of sharing and union with our loved ones, to help from the deepest at least one person who really needs it, also to forgive ourselves for blaming ourselves for reasons that are out of our hands and forgive someone who hurt us this year, put aside all the bad things and do not forget to be thankful especially for the health we have and raise our wishes for what we want to change or improve as people for the next year.
I hope that the enthusiasm of these dates never passes in my home, nor in yours, that we always have reasons to celebrate and live the arrival of Christmas in advance.

Feliz sábado tengan todos amigos de Estilo de Vida! Deseo tengan un lindo día.
Hoy mi ciudad Maracaibo viste de fiesta ya que estamos celebrando la Feria de la Chinita y con ella oficialmente es la llegada de la Navidad, por otra parte quiero compartirles que ya completamos la decoración navideña en la parte interna de la casa luego de pintar las paredes que tanto lo necesitan.
La Navidad es la época más esperada del año y en mi casa es una tradición adornar todo desde el árbol navideño, los marcos de las puertas hasta los muebles, siempre me pregunto de donde salieron tanto adornos pero luego recuerdo que mi mamá lleva más de 20 años reuniendo adornos, cada Navidad compra unos pocos elementos como cintas, espigas, bambalinas, estrellas, santas, flores, renos o luces para agregarlos a las decoraciones y es así como abundan por toda la casa.
Mi mamá nos ha trasmitido a todos en casa la magia de la Navidad, porque también adoramos tener la casa tan linda y llena de hermosas luces navideñas sobretodo las niñas , pero lo que más gusta es verla decorar mientras escucha las gaitas y villancicos porque la alegría en su rostro es eminente y disfrutar de esos momentos con ella no tiene precio, éste año ayude a mi mamá a armar el arbolito navideño nos tomó 3 horas aproximadamente para luego decorarlo por completo.
Aunque se que está época es más que decoraciones, se nos dice que es un tiempo de preparación espiritual y de nuestro corazón para la llegada del niño Jesús porque a fin de cuentas eso significa la misma, para mi particularmente es un tiempo de compartir y unión con nuestros seres queridos, ayudar desde lo más profundo al menos a una persona que en verdad lo necesite, también para perdonarnos a nosotros mismos por culparnos por razones que se nos escapa de las manos y perdonar a alguien que nos hirió este año, dejar a un lado todo lo malo y no olvidar agradecer sobretodo por la salud que tenemos y elevar nuestros deseos por lo que anhelamos cambiar o mejorar como personas para el siguiente año.
Espero nunca pase el entusiasmo de éstas fechas ni en mi hogar, ni en el suyo, que siempre tengamos razones para celebrar y vivir previamente siempre la llegada de la Navidad.
