I want to show you one of the architectural structures that can not go unnoticed since I make tour of the city by car or walking called: Villa Carmen, is one of the houses with the oldest architecture of Maracaibo that enamors those who observe it, the style of its facade comes from the Roman and Greek architecture.
It is part of our cultural heritage since 1926, was the headquarters of the Municipal Executive Branch and since 2008 became a Comprehensive Care Center for People with Autism to provide special and quality care for them.
I had the opportunity to visit it for a few minutes at night and I could enjoy how it is decorated with lights because Christmas is approaching and could not fail to have some, which highlight the royal blue in the windows, match the white of the walls and balconies.

Quiero mostrarles una de las estructuras arquitectónicas que no puede pasar inadvertida desde que realizo recorrido por la ciudad en automóvil o caminando llamada: Villa Carmen, es una de las casas con la arquitectura más antiguas de Maracaibo que enamora a quienes la observan, el estilo de su fachada proviene de la arquitectura romana y griega.
Es parte de nuestro patrimonio cultural desde el año 1926, fue sede el Poder Ejecutivo Municipal y desde el 2008 se convirtió en un Centro de Atención Integral para Personas con Autismo para brindar atención especial y de calidad para ellos.
Tuve la oportunidad de visitarla durante unos minutos en horas de la noche y pude disfrutar de como está adornada con luces porque se aproxima la Navidad y no podía dejar de tener algunas, las cuáles resaltan el azul rey en su ventanas, hacen juego con el blanco de sus paredes y de los balcones.
