Not onions... You know the green part...

I quickly googled and now i am confused...
In france we have ciboulette (in the picture) then we have chives which is the green part of what they call ognions nouvelles... those are thicker and stronger but according to google in english both are "chives" so i mena the small ones... that look like cylindrical gras... I think they are closer to the garlic family than the onion family...
