Why Death Sentence is Given Before Sunrise

Punishment of death is given to those who commit serious crimes. Punishment of death is only given in that case when a crime is not pardonable. In order to apply this punishment, special rules have been made. Among these rules one is declared time for death sentence as well. Preparation for hanging is done before sunrise only. Before hanging someone, there are certain tasks that need to be performed, for example giving new clothes to criminal, some spiritual book is given to study, which he likes, he is given his favourite food, he is also asked his last wish.

There are so many reasons why a criminal is hanged before sunrise.

1. According to the rules of jail authority.
2. According to the weather, time is adjusted a bit.
3. This should not impact society negatively, that is why as well criminals are hanged before sunrise.
4. Other than this, in the morning, usually a person remains stress free upto an extent.
5. Media is also not active that much in the morning which result into negative impact on people.
6. It is also done so that concerned person should not require to wait whole day. it also should not affect his brain.
