Having a dinner date with my favorite celebrity will be my dream come true. Imagine how many times I have practically dreamt of this in my sleep 馃う, seeing this come to reality will be awesome; don't you think so?
You see, life is a choice and different people have different choices and passions. We all have that particular person we would love to meet if given the privilege depending on our choices in life. There are so many of these celebrities to choose from but I am gonna choose G.U.C for this super dinner date. GUC is a spirit-filled gospel artist. When I say spirit filled, in fact, it's an understatement 馃槈. I am so much in love with his songs because it takes me to the realm of the spirit and I connect to God's presence so easily by singing along with him. When you run out of some certain prayer points about your spiritual life, just connect to GUC songs and make sure to reflect on the wordings of the songs and turn them into prayers. GUC carries undiluted grace and so many times I wonder in mind how he gets those amazing songs.
WHAT WILL BE OUR DISCUSSION DURING THE DATE?
Firstly, I will make sure to write down my questions to him so that I will not be lost in thought or carried away by the emotions of having GUC sitting by my side馃槉馃.
I will discuss with him what it takes for me to become one of his backup singers. I remember asking one of our choir members in the church how on earth I can be part of the GUC crew but she didn't have the right answer to my question, so having this artist finally on a date will give me an avenue to express myself on how much I long to sing with him.
I will also be discussing with him how he gets his song's inspiration. Of course, I am convinced that the Holy Spirit is involved in this part but I would love him to explain to me all I need to know about getting a fresh new song. The tactics and other tips that will help a beginner.
Thirdly I will discuss with him about guiding me, being my mentor into singing hopefully, I should be able to fulfill this aspiration of mine about publishing a song.
There may be other areas we will be discussing on that very day as this above discussion will unfold other aspects but for now, these are the three key points I will be discussing with GUC on our dinner date while taking some light refreshments alongside.
