As expected, the U.S. Congress approved President Biden's request for USD 1.9 trillion to be distributed in the form of incentives to U.S. families, an action that is expected to help the economy of 85% of the country's families. The idea is to transfer USD 1,400 to each beneficiary and that they in turn dedicate these funds to the payment of their debts or reactivation of the productive sector.
Looking at the situation, expecting $1,400 to be enough to solve anyone's financial problems may sound rather naïve, especially if it is believed that this money will serve to generate some response in the production of goods and services in the country. With the country almost paralyzed by the pandemic and the government's intention to maintain the quarantine of the population, the possibility of transferring this incentive to the productive sector would be ridiculous.
As is well known, the United States is a country highly dependent on the financial sector, evidently when you have a central bank that issues money without control at zero interest so that big capital can play God in New York, it is obvious that a good part of that almost $2 trillion that joins the public debt will end up on Wall Street. Likewise, the vast majority of Americans live from day to day life, so it would be impossible to dedicate such a limited profit to risk it in the stock market, it will most likely return to the banks in the form of credit card debt or mortgage payments.
There is an old saying that "if lemons fall from the sky, make lemonade", if you receive money that you did not ask for and that your children and grandchildren will end up paying for, make sure you use it wisely. Buying luxury items knowing that they may lose value in the future does not seem like a great idea, unless it is physical gold since this metal can also serve as a luxury asset. Similarly electronic devices such as smartphones in less than a year lose their value and are usually replaced by another more expensive model in just a year, thus that investment went to the dump.
Cryptocurrencies are a great option, however you must consider that they represent a great risk but if you know how to use them wisely they will give you many profits. You must keep in mind that cryptocurrency prices tend to be very volatile, just as they can go up to the moon in a second they can suffer a correction of more than 20%, stay several days or months within a range of rises and falls before experiencing a new upward rally. Failure to understand this behavior can be the difference between investment failure and success.
Finally, it is necessary to consider that investing in our own independence, in our dream will always be the best option because you more than anyone knows how capable you are when it comes to achieving goals. Do not lose the north and trust that you can achieve what you want to achieve.
