For me motivation is essential for the creative process since it is difficult (not to say impossible) to generate work according to our own quality standards without that impulse that guides us to success. In my case I am motivated by thinking about the future and the inspiration to write is transmitted to me by my son, it is for him that I do everything in my life.

On the other hand it is true what you say, Hive is not designed for those who believe that this process is easy, those who believe that will end up frustrated and abandoning the social network, although I think it is possible that there is room here for those who believe in short publications or just want to invest in the various tokens of the ecosystem or in an author or tribe of your choice through delegations.
