So yesterday I woke up at 3 o'clock in the morning with a song on my mind, I got up and wrote it down. Here it is for you to read and please feel free to give me some feedback.
Of Sun And Men
If you switched clouds
And Sun
You would get a human.
With a smile on his face,
With liveliness in his pace,
And what looks like a goal in his race.
But, he has none,
Nor the smile,
Nor the goal,
Behind the sun,
Dark clouds roll.
I’m not sad,
I’m not happy,
I’m lost.
I don’t know what I’m looking for so bad,
I don’t know my enemy
I only know the cost
Of not knowing what you’re looking for
Opening every door
Counting every floor,
And still feeling in your core,
The hidden pain soar,
And that you have to search more
Because you still haven’t found your lore
And didn’t get a chance to score.
But tell me, at what and who for?
