So I received some STEEM andthat got me thinking what to do with it, then I noticed the "Transfer to savings" option and wandered what it was, so I researched and found out about STEEM APR on the savings account, when I checked out mine I saw that the APR was at 0%. Now the question I pass up to you is why has it decreased from 10% to 0%?
