[EP234] - How would you feel about a tax on beef?

Clearly I'll have an unpopular opinion here... but I think all the people complaining that "elites" are trying to take their steak away from them, are forgetting that it's only a small percentage of people in the world that has such cheap access to beef... something that the entire world pays for during the climate crisis.

There are so many people in the world who are suffering, and will suffer so much more because of weather events caused by mankind. People are displaced, crops fail, and entire regions are becoming uninhabitable. Beef has an absolutely massive cost in water, and in land, and in grain to feed the cattle. Hell, you could feed the world easily if you feed everyone the grain that is currently fed to cows.

I love a good steak myself, but it should be a luxury item... not a right.
What do you think? Am I talking crazy?
