Away from the busy seasidehubs, this part of northeastern Crete becomes a sparse Mediterranean landscape.

dead snails lying between the plants, making a nice natural composition,

A lot of foraging can be done here, some basic knowledge would be great, harvesting your own oregano, mountain tea(Malotira),
a small bay covered by orange flowers,
waiting for the sun to go down.
