This bird is very rare. You don't see them very often. M was out of luck. I was standing behind a tree, when suddenly this robin sat on a branch of a neighboring tree. She didn’t see me, so she didn’t fly away. She was sitting on a branch and was apparently looking for insects, so her attention was diverted from me.
It was windy and the foliage of the trees rustled. It disguised me as I moved closer to her.
When she saw me, she was very surprised. But since I stood motionless, she apparently decided that I did not pose a danger to her.
I tried to move very carefully and at a time when she did not look in my direction.
Thus, I managed to get closer to her and take some good pictures.
It is a pity that the wind and foliage often interfered with me. Therefore, we had to wait for the moment when it would be clearly visible.
In general, I was satisfied. I think I am very lucky.
