I always wondered why these cotyledons were such a hair magnet and now I see why once I enlarged the image: tiny little velcro hairs, even on the flower petals
This is Cotyledon campanulata a winter grower which is flowering before it shuts down for summer. The yellowish flowers are an interesting surprise, all my other cotyledon plants of various kinds all have red flowers, the red bell-shaped flowers are very typical of this genus, like the Cotyledon pendens below.
This is what the leaves look like, I got it six months ago and it's grown a lot over winter although I don't expect much more growth from it now that spring is here and it's getting warmer and I will start cutting down on the watering and keep it out of the rain as these can rot if they get too much water. Like many cotyledons, these leaves have a covering of white powder - called farinah - on the leaves, which protects against sunburn and they are happy to be kept in full sun.
