Today I made a delicious meal for lunch and is my first time making this type of meal. This recipe is breadfruit combine with corn and is my first time combining this two together.
When I went to buy breadfruit I ask the woman to mention things that will be good to combine with breadfruit and she mention corn, cassava flakes, rice and other things so I decided to go with corn because is season of corn.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of breadfruit
3 sticks of corn
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
4 piece of fresh pepper
1/4 cup of red oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first get my ingredients ready by removing my corn from the corn sticks I will also wash and slice my onions and peppers.
In a clean pot I will wash my breadfruit add water and cook.
I will cook for a long time because breadfruit is not an easy one to get done.
I will now check if my breadfruit is done I will now add wash my corn and add to my breadfruit.
I will allow to cook for like 10 to 15 more minutes I will now start putting my ingredients I will start with salt, I will now add pepper, onions and my red oil and stir them together.
Here my breadfruit and corn is ready.
Note: this meal can serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
