Day 85: My Experiment

I feel off today. I sense this minor set back is tiring me out. The pain is not as bad as it was but the legs are stiff and not moving as well. Today will be one of those slow days and I will take advantage of a slow pace.
Since getting better I notice I tend to push myself to get more done which of course is the exact opposite of what is required for healing!
Ah being human is filled with travails.
