The company that gave us the iMac and iPhone co founded by late Steve Jobs in 1976 has reached a historic milestone.
Its shares hit 207.5$ on Thursday.
Apple is now worth up to 1 trillion dollars.
But experts claim there are other companies that hit 1 trillion way back.
For example PetroChina was cited as the World's first trillion dollar company way back in 2007. But the valuation was considered unreliable.
Another example is Saudi Arabia's national oil company Saudi Aramco which could be worth up to 2 trillion dollars but its valuation is yet to be tested.
