বাবা নেই বলে ও প্রত্যেকের কাছে গিয়ে কিছু সাহায্য যায়।ওর সাথে আমার পরিচয় ১ম বর্ষ থেকেই।ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার আগেই ও ক্লাসে এসে সবার কাছে মিষ্টি করে বলে,কয়টা টাকা দে না আমায়। ওর এই কথা গুলো সবারই ভালো লাগে। আদুরি আর ওর ছোট ভাই একসাথেই টাকা তুলতে আসে।

আর সবার কাছে মিষ্টি করে বায়না করে কেউ ওকে কিছু বলতেও পারে না। তবে মাঝখানে কয়েকদিন ও ক্যাম্পাসে আসে নি। পড়ে জানতে পাড়লাম আদুরির হাত আগুনে পুড়ে গেছে।শুনে অনেক খারাপ লাগছিলো। তারপর কয়েকদিন পরেই অসুস্থ শরীর নিয়েই খুদার দায়ে ক্যাম্পাসে আসলো। সে দিন আর ওর মুখে হাসি ছিল না। সবাই ওকে দেখে খুশি হলো আমিও বললাম কই ছিলা এতো দিন। আদুরির সাথে আমার বন্ধুর মতো সম্পর্ক। সবার কাছে টাকা তুলে আমায় সেগুলা গুনতে দেয়। আমি দেখলাম ওখানে ৯৫ টাকা আছে। তখনি আদুরি বলে উঠলো ১০০ টাকা হইতে আর কতো টাকা লাগবে?

এই ছোট্ট আদুরি যে কিনা টাকা গুনতেই পাড়ে না কিন্তু সংসারে অভাব বলে এতো কষ্ট করে। তারপর আবার কারো কাছ থেকে ৫ টাকা এনে দিয়ে বললো এবার কি ১০০ টাকা হইছে?১০০ টাকা হইলে আর টাকা তুলুম না তাইলে বাড়িত যামু, এই টাকা দিয়া অনেক খাবার মা কিইনা আনবো ঠিক এভাবেই আদুরি বলেছিলো। যার এই বয়সে লেখাপড়া করার কথা, বন্ধুদের সাথে খেলাধুলা করতো। বাস্তবতার কাছে হার মেনে কষ্ট করেই জীবন কাটাচ্ছে।

কিন্তু আদুরি জীবন যুদ্ধে সফল হয়েছে আমি মনে করি। ওর চঞ্চল ভাবে কথা বলা প্রত্যেকের মনে জায়গা করে নিয়েছে। ও যেন আমাদের পরিবারেরই একটি অংশ। জানি না এখন কেমন আছে আদুরি।তিন মাস ধরে ক্যাম্পাসে যাইনি। আদুরি কি মাঝেমধ্যে ক্যাম্পাসে আসে? এই সময়ে কিভাবে দিন কাটাচ্ছে? যে কিনা দৌড়ে -দৌড়ে ক্যাম্পাসের প্রত্যেক জায়গায় ঘুড়ে বেড়াতো। মনে হয় কোন মতে দিন কাটাচ্ছে যদি কোন সাহায্য পায়ে থাকে তাহলে তো ভালই। আর না পেয়ে থাকলে নির্মম পরিহাসের স্বীকার হতে হচ্ছে। আমি দোয়া করছি আদুরি যেন ভালো থাকে এই জীবন যুদ্ধে জয় লাভ করে।
