Hoy fue un día tranquilo (gracias a Dios). Me levanté a las 5:40 a. m. a darme un baño frío para ponerme a hacer un trabajo en la PC.
Después de eso sentí un bajón de energía en mi cuerpo, algo feo, así que adelanté el trabajo que pude y volví a dormir un rato más.
Al despertar, el malestar que sentí ya se había quitado un poco. Volví a adelantar trabajo aprovechando que tenía libre hoy.
Siguiendo el día, quería compartir unas fotos con mis seguidores de Instagram y aprovechar para mostrarlas aquí también. Hoy creo que iba de lo más fresca: una camisa muy grande y unos shorts junto con mi cabello suelto. Me veía bastante ligera.
Creo que debería ir a hacerme unos exámenes clínicos. Esos bajones que suelen darme me preocupan. Sé que no será la gran cosa, pero incluso si es lo más mínimo, hay que cuidarse.
Espero que a ustedes el día de hoy los haya tratado bonito. El clima estaba muy lindo hoy también; fresco, relajado.
Es como si la naturaleza supiera que hoy quería estar lo más calmada posible. Me gusta pensar en la idea de que la Naturaleza me escucha y responde, me alegra mis días pensar eso.
Que Dios los escuche y bendiga en todos sus días.

Today was a quiet day (thank God). I got up at 5:40 a.m. to take a cold shower and get some work done on my computer.
After that, I felt a drop in energy in my body, which was unpleasant, so I did as much work as I could and went back to sleep for a while.
When I woke up, the discomfort I felt had subsided a bit. I got some more work done, taking advantage of the fact that I had the day off.
Later in the day, I wanted to share some photos with my Instagram followers and take the opportunity to show them here as well. Today, I think I was dressed very casually: a very large shirt and shorts, with my hair down. I looked quite lighthearted.
I think I should go get some medical tests done. Those slumps I tend to get worry me. I know it's probably nothing serious, but even if it's just a minor thing, you have to take care of yourself.
I hope today has been good to you. The weather was very nice today too; cool and relaxed.
It's as if nature knew that I wanted to be as calm as possible today. I like to think that nature listens to me and responds; it makes my days happier to think that.
