They imply zero tolerance for anything that makes one uncomfortable. If it is true that beggars and drugs and poverty are there, then it is of little use to hide such things and where such difficult conditions prevail, it becomes visible. Rightly so, I think.

And... my immediate reaction was dis-ease / discomfort because it's pretty original. And your name. First reaction was... well... you can guess of course. With your handle and all.

So too tired to read it properly but there's some really interesting content there and I meant to return to it when I could give it my full attention. ESPECIALLY because it made me uncomfortable. That's when I know there's something worth sitting with. Worth diving deeper into. More... it's original thinking. To reiterate.

And then I couldn't find it this morning. I've just (literally) spent three fucking hours trying to find it, in fact. No exaggeration. No avail. I remembered your handle as er.germany :D That didn't dig you up either.

I did get lost in the Hive Verse following the white rabbit a bit as well. Hard not to, isn't it?

I'll be reading that post and coming back or over there to talk with you, I suspect. I may even be sending it to my daughter, who is an academic and pretty deep into some of this stuff for her thoughts as well.

But not today, please. That's a long and deep one. And today I'm going to make some art and sit in the sun. And get some gaming in if I can get the young human off the console long enough to steal it in full!
