I have had chickens for a year now and have allowed them to free range as much as they want. My previous neighbor did not mind having them walk around but she moved a few months ago. The new people passive aggressively make it known they don't like them but have not come up to me to say anything. I had to go to the farm supply store to get supplies to make an electric fence boundary to prevent the chickens from leaving our yard because I worry they may come up missing. I have had neighbors most of my adult life and don't know why people just cannot be decent.
