Half Empty or Half Full?

I woke up this morning feeling pretty alright..

Something happened when I ventured into the realm of dreams last night which allowed me to sort out some issues that plagued me during my waking state ...

For you see...

I went to bed feeling blue
Sad, lonely and a little down... (lol, those all mean the same thing but you get the point)

Because I got caught up in what I was "lacking":

money
peace of mind
energy

To those who know me, know that I do not sit and feel sorry for myself, for there is simply no time for that.

But Yesterday I got caught up--don't know where it came from-- little overwhelmed I guess working two jobs, trying to fix my house, dealing with family issues...

Yet, before I laid my head down, I said a little prayer of gratitude, cleared the mind of all things insignificant and attempted to focus on what matters.

When I woke up I felt much better and thought that instead of focusing of what I DON'T have...

I should Rejoice in what I DO have:

a beautiful Family
a roof over our heads
employment
health
great Friends and Relatives
