You can earn free money/crypto online

My first dabble into the diverse, convoluted, corrupt, ingenious and sometimes even fun world of crypto came form a very simple concept. A concept that has occurred to most people at some a=stage or another and had nothing to do with crypto at all. At that stage I knew little to nothing about crypto in the heady days of 2017 apart form there was a thing called Bitcoin and that I wasn't going to buy any as it was all a fad.

I'm glad to be proven right.

The original idea was to earn some extra money online. Surely it was possible?

All of the ads online said that you could make lots of money online so it must be easy.

Unfortunately I have ne coding skills or any other useful attributes too speak of but /I could write. It had often been a hobby of mine and people always need a good writer.

After weeks of browsing the web and looking for freelance work.

I tried out all of the coupon sites.

I started a blog on another website.

all of the options that people online said would work. I made a few dollars for weeks of work and couldn't even withdraw them until I earned enough points. Points that would take months to get to.

It all looked very hopeless.

Enter crypto

While getting hopelessly discouraged about my future retirement prospects, I found a new site. A beta site where you could earn crypto for producing popular content.

It all seemed too good to be true.

I jumped in and started pumping out top quality content. Then nothing.

I created even more content. Nothing again.

Why couldn't I have any of this magic internet money that everybody else was getting. I turned up. It was meant to be that easy???

I never put the work in.

Ah. I knew there was a catch. It turns out that turning up wasn't enough to get people to give me all of the money.

I still needed to bring more to the party. I needed to build a profile, reputation, put some skin in the game.

Even easy money isn't that easy. you have to do more. Learn the system, build connections, add something of value.

I was the best lesson that I could learn around here. The money is still there but it won't be given out for nothing. You have to put some of yourself in first to become part of it. Just like with any good team or project. You have to commit to it and then reap the benefits.

There is money to be made in crypto and lots of it but not without effort.

If you are willing to put in the time and work to being part of the system then you will do very well over time. Look at any of the users in a good project and the ones in there early have done very well. It's not just the timing but the amount of time they have had to contribute and be rewarded.

It's not enough to turn up once in a while. You need to do more to get more.

It's up to you whether you are willing to do the work but there is a way to earn good money online if you put in the time to learn the way.
