If the business can't pivot enough to support a living wage for its employees then it shouldn't be subsidized by low pay workers, that's like socialist, it should instead be liquidated and a new competent restaurant owner take over.

Businesses fail all the time, especially restaurants, they shouldn't drag people down into poverty instead of adapting to changing customer base, economy and workers market.
