I agree with the sentiment , but imo some problems that arise with that simple solution are that quiet quitting lowers production which lowers real value in an economy and a business in particular , my friend that runs a restraunt cannot afford to pay the workers more , i know this to be true as he has been brutally transparent with costs to me, his workers mostly quiet quitters, its a drag on his business , also as warped as labor market is , there is still market forces in play , build ones self-respect up and rewards will follow , he would certainly pay more if the business was thriving , i believe this is a microcosm of the overall state of the labor force , economy , and society , its a good topic of discussion
