**ESPAÑOL** Les comparto la preparación de unas alitas de pollo en salsa BBQ que preparé para mí almuerzo de hoy, las cuales acompañé con verdura y una ensalada; un menú muy sencillo pero muy saludable y delicioso, les muestro el procedimiento

**INGREDIENTES** alas de pollo, ocumo blanco, tomate, pepino, un poco de aceite ,mantequilla c/n

**PROCEDIMIENTO** Las alitas ya las había preparado con anticipación, las sazoné con salsa BBQ ,adobo, pimienta, le agregué también un poco de salsa de soya y las guardé en el congelador; a la hora de prepararla la saqué del congelador y directamente las coloqué en una sartén con un poco de aceite y allí fui cocinando a fuego lento hasta que estuvieron cocidas. La verdura, retiré la concha, llevé a sancochar con un poco de sal, en lo que hubo ablandado trituraré con la ayuda de un tenedor, agregué un poco de mantequilla y así quedó listo el puré

**PROCEDURE** I had prepared the wings in advance, seasoned them with BBQ sauce, marinade, pepper, added a little soy sauce, and stored them in the freezer. When it was time to cook them, I took them out of the freezer and placed them directly in a pan with a little oil, where I cooked them over low heat until they were done. I peeled the vegetables, boiled them with a little salt, and once they were soft, I mashed them with a fork, added a little butter, and the purée was ready.
