They finally opened Bitfinex up to new account registrations (granted, they say that the review process is still backlogged 6-8 weeks for verification). I'm thinking about opening up an account. Anyone have experience with this platform? It seems like a robust trading utility that is very similar to an equities platform. However, they are setting a somewhat high bar to participate (e.g. you must deposit $10,000 in fiat currency or crypto to trade). Want to see if there are any opinions out there before I take the leap? TIA
