The goal of advertising is to make people lose all contact with reality in order to make them compulsive consumers of goods and services, easy to manipulate to be conformists and faithful defenders of an unfair system, which achieves profits from stupidity, social mess, disharmony and instability of the peoples.

Behind the benefactor appearance of simply being a “promoter” of goods and services, thanks to which we can learn about the different products that come to the market, advertising hides its dark side, which is that, it tries to prevent, —by all possible means— that the individuals develop their own intelligence in order to better manipulate them almost like “puppets”.

That is why the antithesis of advertising are those instructive programs and readings, which make the people think, analyze situations of life, and mostly, promote order and respect, healthy recreation, and the highest ethic values contributing to peace among the peoples.
The said antithesis of advertising –such programs that promote good for the whole society-- is so scarce that, in many televisión services, perhaps, it will not reach 5% of the whole list of programs.
Therefore, those who are behind advertising do not mind the human being, the family, the health, the environment, the life; for them, all of that is negotiable because what really matter to them are the big economic benefits they can get from a “poor human being”, unable to think clearly nor to properly decide its life, who has no other aspiration than to buy, to consume, to have and to dispose.

May be, there is a certain kind of advertising, which is an exception of the above concept, one well inspired on noble ideals, healthy recreation, which includes common good and even education; but this kind of advertising, perhaps because it is not aggressive enough for marketing, does not reach 10% in the best of cases.
In short, saving this trifle that I have just mentioned, advertising, --in opposition to authentic information, which also exists but in a smaller amount- is stupefying, unhealthy, corrupting, destructive and enslaving.
Perhaps it's not so nice to hear this but sadly, it's real scientific fact.
