go to a local market in the evening and lookout for stalls selling local brick weed for next to nothing ... it does the job and lasts, it can be smoked without tobacco.
there will be plenty of dispensary i'm sure, you can just browse them also when you get here :) sometimes they also do the cheap local weed alongside grams of the premo stuff ...
