To begin with, I would like to tell you that I run an auto parts business in Cuba. The business itself is not mine, but my uncle's, but I take care of everything, except importing the parts. Yes, as you read! The mechanism we have set up has been effective so far, as the numbers have spoken for themselves in each weekly closing we do 馃槄 and today I will be sharing it here.
Para empezar quiero comentarles que llevo un negocio de venta de autopartes en Cuba. El emprendimiento en s铆, no es m铆o, sino de mi t铆o, pero me encargo de todo, excepto la importaci贸n de las piezas. 隆Si como lees!. El mecanismo que tenemos montado ha sido efectivo hasta ahora, ya que los numero han hablado por s铆 solos en cada cierre que hacemos semanal 馃槄 y hoy lo estar茅 compartiendo por ac谩.
- Once the products arrive in Cuba by air, we have to go out to look for the luggage in some places called MYPYMES EXPORTADORAS, which are officially in charge of the whole legal process, from the time the packages leave the country of origin until they are delivered to the final destination, in this case us. This is about 20 km away from our home, so you must have your own car or rent a means of transportation. - Una vez que los productos llegan a Cuba por v铆a a茅rea, nos toca salir a buscar el equipaje en unos locales llamados MYPYMES EXPORTADORAS, las cuales son las encargadas oficialmente de todo el tr谩mite legal, desde que salen los bultos del pa铆s de origen hasta que se lo entregan al destino final, en este caso nosotros. Esta se encuentra a unos 20 km de distancia de nuestra casa, por lo que hay que tener auto propio o alquilar alg煤n medio de transporte. Este 煤ltimo no es rentable por la escases que tiene el pa铆s de combustible, esto encarece los viajes, pero esto es otro cuento. Sigamos con lo que nos interesa.

- As we have already identified our customers in which social networks and pages they frequent, we proceed to make the promotion and marketing of them. Here we take into account that the pieces that have been there the longest must have a discount in order not to have our capital stagnant and to have a good flow of money. - Como ya tenemos identificado nuestros clientes en que redes sociales y p谩ginas frecuentan, procedemos a hacer la promoci贸n y marketing de las mismas. Aqu铆 tenemos en cuenta que las piezas que m谩s tiempo tienen deben llevar una rebaja para no tener nuestro capital estancado y se realice un buen flujo del dinero. Dinero parado, no produce. Every customer likes to feel cared for and to have the scoop on what's new. Based on this, our first line of publication is for the users of our community. Then we expand the promotion to the other places, and of course we can't miss the images that draw attention to the discounted products.
A todos los clientes les gusta sentirse atendido y con la primicia de lo nuevo. Con base en esto, nuestro primer rengl贸n de publicaci贸n es para los usuarios de nuestra comunidad. Despu茅s expandimos la promoci贸n para los otros lugares, y por supuesto no pueden faltar las im谩genes que llamen la atenci贸n de los productos rebajados.
After all of the above, the only thing left to do is to continue promoting and making sales, in our case we offer courier service as well. We have realized that the easier we make things easier for our customers, the better our customers will pay us back.
Despu茅s de todo lo anterior, solo queda seguir promocionando y concretando las ventas, en el caso de nosotros ofrecemos servicio de mensajer铆a tambi茅n. Nos hemos dado cuenta de que mientras m谩s f谩cil le ponemos las cosas a los clientes, mejor es la retribuci贸n de los mismos.
