Country New South Wales for another new parkrun location and my fastest zone 2 run ever. I am slowly getting the hang of this slower pace running. It was very warm in this part of the country over sumer but still worth the long drive for another stat on the 5km runner app. Only 44 runs and walkers for this event along side the river
