My 561st parkrun is done. I am not as fast as I used to be, but I'm just happy to be still moving.
We have a new run director.
As well as lots of the regulars. I got a massive activity count. I'm not sure it is that accurate, but I did a lot of work around the house after the run and squeezed in an afternoon stroll.
