A visit to Capalaba Regional Park for a parkrun, they have a new map and sign board. I just jogged very slow because my ankle is playing up. Nothing serious, but I thought I needed to take it easy, or it would get worse. I tried to stay in my zone 2 under 132 heartbeats per minute. I ended up averaging 128, but it did spike over a couple of times on a few hills. The 5 km took me just under 36 minutes, though I did stop to chat to one of the turn-around marshals for a bit.
On the way home, we picked up some gear for my next project.
