Hi @keychain, I downloaded the app years ago and logged on and have been carrying out transactions there ever since, but just a month or so ago the fingerprint detector on my device got bad and I've not been able to log in on keychain since.

When I go on keychain it asks for my password, I input the password and it asks for my fingerprint and I cannot give that because the detector is bad, so it doesn't log me in.

What can I do, please?
