I was lucky enough to have quite a similar childhood that was filled with playing, running around, getting bruises, getting dirty and not just being trapped behind a screen. Hahah.
However, I think we kinda worry too much about the current generation, I still think they play and run around enough. Most schools prohibit phones so these kids have no option but to play and get dirty while they're in school. So they still play enough, it doesn't have to be too much like we did😃
All the times we spent watching movies and playing games kept us behind the screen quite a lot too😊
