I am so glad you are satisfied with your first crochet chains. And what a shame that there are no craft stores near you, that would make everything easier because you could touch the yarn before buying (I for example do not dare to buy fabric online as I am not skilled enough to gauge from an online photo how the fabric will behave).
Only by looking at it I would think that the last two yarns are ok for crochet, but you must feel good with it.
And with the hook size… as @jicrochet wrote mostly the needed hook size is written on the yarn label. But everybody crochets differently (tighter or looser) so its a bit of experimenting in the beginning to find the fitting hook.
Not sure if this helps but here is an extensive video about yarn types, yarn sizes, hook sizes. It is slow but maybe its helpful.
If I am honest I think your hook is too small for the light blue yarn, it will result in a very dense fabric. I would try to use a bigger one… but it depends what you want to make (garments are more loosely crocheted, homedecor more dense/stiff)
If I were you I would go on and experiment with chains and different hooks. Then I would try to learn basic stitches like single crochet or double crochet with a simple rectangle. Magic loop is a bit more advanced :-)
Not sure if these are your questions…
