Not boring at all, as I again managed to kill my sourdough starter before it even transformed into sourdough. I am still stuck at the yeast level but reading of your process (and wanting your bread) motivates me to perhaps try again with this fickle sourdough.
Nevertheless, reading of your (possible) nightly enligthment would be also interesting... 😁
